Don’t eat junk food it’s not healthy, but you should balance your diet for you or your body, although sometimes it’s all about what you eat not what you feel? Another Thing that the section talks about is drugs Just as there are ways to care for your body there are also other ways to destroy it.That’s all because of drugs, such as alcohol, drugs and tobacco. Those are things that can also destroy you. For Example: Alcohol is often associated with the three leading causes of death among teens: 1. Car accidents 2. Suicide 3. Homicide

This section is caring for your brain it talks about how people should get an education and not worry about anything just go for it even if you're scared to go to a new school or something, just worry about your education. Don’t worry about having friends, just worry about yourself and put your education first, because if you don’t you will regret it in the future. The point in this section is clear. * If school ever discourages you, please don’t drop out. (YOU WILL REGRET IT.) “You say you live for today and don’t think about the future." Sean Covey says that the major "difference between you and your dog is that you can think about tomorrow and he can’t.”

This section is about caring for your heart you shouldn’t worry about a brake up with your girlfriend or boyfriend you should just
move don’t stress over it. It’s talking about how people worry about their relationships and they forget what really matters and that’s yourself. It’s normal to feel depressed sometimes.
Here is a quote that Mother Teresa had said: “Let no one ever come to you without leaving better and happier. Be the living expressing of God’s kindness: Kindness in your face, kindness in your eyes, kindness in your smile.” If you approach life this way, always looking for ways to build instead of tear down, You’ll be amazed at how much happiness you can give to others and find for yourself.
Here is my personal story and why a connect with caring from your heart section. Well I used to worry about my relationships a lot and not myself or anybody. When my old boyfriend would brake up with me I would brake down and just do nothing. People used to tell me that he was not worth it. That I should just move on and I never did, but now I am focused on myself and I do everything and I have an amazing boyfriend now that is there for me threw everything and I don't stress anymore. - Rose *Caring for Your Soul*
This section focus’ on your soul and how even simple things can affect it. Eating is one of the things that affect your soul and can be both be a negative and positive affect. If you eat mostly junk food you eventually start feeling depressive and look unhealthy. In other words, you have to learn to provide positively to yourself. Listen to music that makes you feel good about yourself, dress properly, eat right, and watch things that make you feel good about yourself. The section also explains how if you feel like you don’t have time or you don’t know how to better yourself . It suggests things such as writing a journal or keep notes on things that make you happy. When caring for your soul it wants you to focus on your positives and stop always thinking about the negatives. A quote from Abraham Lincoln was said when he was asked, “What would you do if you had 8 hours to cut down a tree?” Abraham replied, “I would spend the first 4 hours sharpening my saw.”
My one friend his brother was always healthy and fit, but when he went to college he let himself go got heavy. Then he started not caring about what he did, because he didn’t get to go to California for college and just went to a community college. After that his parents started to get angry, so they told him to get his act striate. Later on he got a job, went back to the gym and started to eat healthy again. Now he is back to normal and might go to California for his last two years of college. - Kyle
